This hat was built using a premium "Peachbloom Velour" hat body by the renowned Merrimac Hat Corporation. Crafted from high-grade, luxurious imported fur felt, it features an ultra-soft, velvet-plush texture and a subtle, sophisticated sheen that basic wool hats simply cannot replicate. The design features a dramatic, rounded dome crown and a chic, downward-sloping asymmetric brim, elegantly cinched by a wide, textured olive-green and tan pinstriped grosgrain ribbon hatband that terminates in a crisp, structural accent bow at the side.

✨ Condition:

Very Good Vintage Condition. This piece has been well preserved. The fur felt body is structurally sound with  zero moth nips, tracking, holes.  It retains its original, crisp architectural shape beautifully. The brim was slightly out of shape and has been restored. The crown has light storage rubs that do not detract from the hat, but are worth mentioning. The interior is remarkably clean and features the crisp, authentic mid-century United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Workers International Union stamp.
